I booked my last trip from the Next Holiday app. Since I needed some assistance during the tour, it was easier to use the app for contacting customer service. In general, the app is easy to navigate.

The best part about downloading the app for me personally was that I got quite a nice deal on my booking. I’m not sure if it was because I booked using the app for the first time or generally the offers are better here. But anyhow, I got a handsome discount on the final price. Besides, the app is easy to use also, so that was a plus.

I like the fact that there’s a specific tab on the Next Holiday app for Deals. It made it simpler for me to book based on my budget. Honestly, I like to book when I find nice deals. So, I was meant to like this section.

I’m usually worried when a company would respond when I send an inquiry or send an email asking things. It was really great to see that I got a quick response from the team when I sent an inquiry regarding a tour package I liked. It’s easy to send an inquiry, actually, on the mobile app, which I think is a pro.

Whenever I book a trip, I look for the most relevant packages. This is why I mainly liked the Next Holiday app. There are tour packages specific to group tours, honeymoons, luxury, and even the weekend. I personally think it’s a nice touch for someone who has specific needs or expectations.
