Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and diverse landscapes, ranging from lush groundwater forests to acacia woodlands. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch before heading to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Accommodation: Siafu Serenity Lodge 

Day 2

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you descend into the Serengeti, the endless plains stretch as far as the eye can see. The journey continues to the central Serengeti, known as the Seronera region, which is rich in wildlife due to its permanent water sources. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive before heading to your camp for the night.

Accommodation: Embalaki Authentic Camp or Tukaone Tented Camp

Day 3

Spend the day exploring the central Serengeti, home to large lion prides and abundant wildlife. The Seronera River provides a year-round water source, attracting predators and prey alike. Depending on your preference, you can choose a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch or return to camp for lunch and a short rest before another afternoon game drive. Witness the rich biodiversity, from herds of wildebeest and zebras to elusive leopards and cheetahs.

Accommodation: Tukaone Tented Camp, Embalaki Authentic Camp, or Kamwene Tented Camp

Day 4

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park before heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and shelters an incredible variety of wildlife. Arrive at your camp near the crater rim in the late afternoon, with time to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Accommodation: Embalaki Ngorongoro Camp or Kuhama Ngorongoro Camp

Day 5

Early in the morning, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is home to over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five. Keep an eye out for rhinos, elephants, and large lion prides. After a picnic lunch at a scenic spot, ascend back to the crater rim and drive towards Tarangire National Park, arriving at your lodge in the late afternoon.

Accommodation: Farm of Dream Lodge 

Day 6

After breakfast, depart for a half-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, known for its massive baobab trees and large herds of elephants. The park is also home to lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. After the game drive, return to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location by the evening.
