Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Nairobi. Transfer to your Hotel. Check in and enjoy a welcome drink. Leisure time to relax and freshen up at the Hotel. Afternoon: Lunch own account Spend the afternoon exploring the hotel’s amenities like the pool, gym, or spa Evening: Dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants. (Own account)

Day 2

Early morning drive to Amboseli National Park (approx. 4–5 hours drive). Arrival: Check into your lodge or camp for lunch. Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge Afternoon Safari: Enjoy your first game drive in Amboseli, famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner. Overnight in Amboseli.

Day 3

Early morning game drive to spot more wildlife, including lions, zebras, and cheetahs. The early morning light provides great photo opportunities, especially with Kilimanjaro in the background. Lunch: Return to the lodge for a midday break. Afternoon Safari: Another game drive. Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation. Overnight in Amboseli.

Day 4

Morning: After breakfast, depart from Meru to Lake Elementaita (around 4-5 hours drive). Afternoon: Check-in at your accommodation at Lake Elementaita Serena Camp Evening: Relax by the lake, enjoying the stunning views of the Great Rift Valley. Dinner & overnight at the lodge Meal plan: full board

Day 5

Morning: After breakfast, drive to the Maasai Mara (approximately 5-6 hours). Afternoon: Check-in at your accommodation in the Maasai Mara at Mara Serena Safari Lodge Evening: Go on an introductory evening game drive in the Maasai Mara, famous for its abundant wildlife and the Great Migration (if visiting during the right season). Dinner & overnight at the lodge Meal plan: full board

Day 6

Early morning game drive to see the wildlife at its most active. Late Morning: Return to the lodge for breakfast and rest. Afternoon: Option to visit a Maasai village for a cultural experience, or take a hot air balloon safari (Optional cost, highly recommended). Late Afternoon: Another game drives to explore the Maasai Mara further, spotting giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and more. Evening: Dinner at the lodge and enjoy the Mara night sky. Day 7

Morning: After an early game drive and breakfast, depart from Maasai Mara and return to Nairobi (approximately 5-6 hours by road). – Serena Hotel Afternoon: Check-in at your Nairobi hotel or head to a local café or restaurant for lunch.
