The UAE is renowned for its extreme weather conditions and the Emirati National Center of Meteorology warned regarding a weather change in many cities in the UAE. Corresponding to the weather warning, Dubai is filled with flooded streets due to heavy rains on Monday. Although the Dubai Police acted rapidly by sending safety alerts via mobile phones to stay precautionary while driving and avoid beaches and valleys, traffic jams and difficulty in traveling were still obvious.
