3. Dubai Safari Park
It's one of the best places to see wildlife from all over the world, with over 3,000 animals representing 78 mammal species, 50 reptiles, and 111 bird species. Based on prior years, the Dubai Safari Park will most likely reopen to visitors in October to begin its eighth season.
The summer break is crucial for Dubai Safari Park because it allows it to focus only on animal safety, climate-controlled habitat conditioning, and animal care. While the wildlife gets a vacation from the people, park staff are taking advantage of the shutdown to improve different park zones, animal settlements, and experiences in preparation for the upcoming opening.

Why These Places Shut Down Every Summer in Dubai?
Imagine a park with outside pathways, a live flower garden, or a real zoo. None of those things can last the Dubai summer without falling, burning, or just becoming unpleasant for anybody walking through it.
However, it's not true to refer to it as downtime. Behind the gates, a lot is happening. Workers are installing new structures, replacing whole flower beds, improving animal shelters with improved cooling, and completing repairs that simply won't be possible once the people return. For this reason, instead of just reopening, each one returns as a new season.
