• Before 48 hours prior to balloon flight : No cancellation fee 
• Before 18 hours prior to tour departure : 50% cancellation fee
• 18 hours or less prior to tour departure : 100% cancellation fee

For Group bookings (more than 5 Pax in a single Booking) 

• Before 7 days prior to tour departure : No Cancellation Fee 
• Before 5 days prior to tour departure : 50% cancellation fee 
• 5 days or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee 
• Your booking will be auto cancelled if the payment not received within two days prior to the booking date

Cancelling the flight due to the weather conditions and your passengers are unable to reschedule to fly on the next available date, you will be provided with a full refund within 14 – 15 days or the same amount can be hold for the next booking.
