Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from the Airport, Drop to the Hotel, Check in to the Hotel, Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 2

Depart the Catalan capital for the city of Girona, where the remains of its Roman and medieval past make an interesting contrast to the present-day city.

Get lost in a maze of narrow streets, and venture into the best-preserved Jewish Ghetto in Europe. Admire the cathedral, home to the widest Gothic nave in the world. Marvel at the brightly colored houses on the banks of the Onyar River.

Then, transfer to the breathtaking landscapes and villages of the Costa Brava, stopping at the medieval village of Pals en route.

Stroll down cobblestone streets, and enjoy some of the best panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea whipped up by the fierce Tramontana wind. Marvel at the fields and plains of Empordà extending to the horizon. 

Discover dramatic views of the Catalan coast, surrounded by green mountains, sheer cliffs, and small villages of whitewashed houses. Stop in the traditional fishing village of Calella de Palafrugell, and feel as if you have been transported back to yesteryear.

Explore the pristine landscape of Calella, and discover the ancient pathways of the Caminos de Ronda.

Once used by fishermen, watchmen and smugglers, these paths allow you to explore the virgin coast at your leisure, where you will discover popular beaches and inaccessible coves and cliffs. Take a dip in crystal clear water, surrounded by unspoiled nature, evening back to the hotel and overnight stay at hotel.  

Day 3

The tour will begin next to the Mediterranean Sea, home to the golden sand beach of Bogatell, before following the coastline towards Port Vell (the Old Port).

There guide will show you the Gothic Drassanes and the iconic Columbus Monument located at Barcelona's most famous street, La Rambla.

From there, the guide will take you up Montjuïc Mountain to Mirador de l'Alcalde, a beautiful terrace with wonderful views of Barcelona’s iconic skyline. The Mountain of Montjuïc was once the main venue of the 1992 Olympics.

Nowadays, you can still admire the Olympic Stadium. You can also find plenty of examples of urbanism and architecture designed for the International Exhibition of 1929. These include Plaça Espanya, The Magic Fountain, the Mies Van der Rohe Pavilion, and The National Palace.

The tour will continue down the mountain to the Old Town. There you will leave the vehicle for a while as the narrow streets of the charming Gothic Quarter must be explored on foot.

The guide will take you to the hidden corners of this neighborhood while unveiling the Roman and Medieval history of its streets. After discovering the Old Town your guide will take you to the neighborhood that was made to expand the city beyond its walls, l’Eixample.

This district was designed in the 19th-century by the urban planner Ildefons Cerdà. Its grid pattern and wide avenues offer a stark contrast to the more chaotic Old Town.

The visit of l'Eixample will start at Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona’s central plaza. The square connects to the boulevard Passeig de Grácia, which features some of the best examples of Modernist architecture.

Take a moment to admire the striking façades of private Modernist buildings including Gaudí's famous La Pedrera and Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and the Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Ametller.

The guide will take you to the crown jewel of Barcelona, Gaudí's masterpiece of La Sagrada Familia. After an extensive explanation of the hidden religious symbolism in the façades of La Sagrada Familia, enter the building.

You are sure to be captivated by Gaudi’s incredible architectural style, the peculiar shape of the columns, ceilings, and walls, and the organic architecture of the basilica.

Finally, your guide will take you all the way to Park Güell. This magical park is located on the top of a hill that provides spectacular views of Barcelona. In the park’s famous gardens

Day 4

Scale Montserrat Mountain on the cogwheel train. Admire the beauty of the monastery's architecture and hear stories about its famed Black Madonna statue.

Board a bus from Barcelona and set off on a ride to the magical mountain of Montserrat. Discover its rocky geography, beautiful scenery, local liquors, and cultural wealth with a guide.

Follow local guide through the site and learn about the history and architectural style of the monastery. Fall in love with the Gothic and Renaissance details of the basilica and sanctuary

Then, learn about the legend of the miraculous apparition of the Black Madonna and Child in the cave of Santa Cova. Visit the Church and see the Black Madonna.

Day 5

After Breakfast, Pick up from the Hotel, Drop to the Barcelona Sants Railway Station, Take a Train Ride to Madrid approx. 3 hours journey, Arrival in Madrid Puerta De Atocha Railway Station, Pick up from the Railway Station, Drop to the Hotel, Check In to The Hotel and overnight stay at The Hotel. 
Day 6

Immerse yourself in the history, architecture, and cultural delights of Toledo and Segovia experience departing from Madrid. 

The first stop will be at the Mirador del Valle before arriving at Toledo, here you will admire a breathtaking view of the city, where you will be able to take an astonishing panoramic photo of the city. Then, you will continue the bus journey until the historical district of Toledo, where the guide will give you an incredible guided tour.

Next, you will discover the city of Segovia, where you will be visiting its impressive and famous Roman aqueduct, as well as its imposing cathedral. You will continue to the Alcázar of Segovia, one of Spain's most famous castles, which you will explore at your own pace. Afterward, you will have some free time to explore the city with insider tips from the guide to discover hidden gems.  

Day 7

After Breakfast, Step into the heart of Madrid’s cultural heritage with this Almudena Cathedral and Royal Palace walking tour. Follow your local guide through these iconic landmarks, and take advantage of their wealth of knowledge and insight about Madrid's fascinating history and architecture.

Head over to the Almudena Cathedral and Royal Palace with the guide and group. Avoid waiting in long lines and take advantage of skip-the-line entry. Get more time to explore these two impressive historical sites.
